It's not often you can shock me anymore, but this one comes close. This former A list film actor who is now a TV regular but no longer A list recently got divorced. The reason given of course was irreconcilable differences. In reality, he beat the living crap out of his wife. What is worse is that after beating her he didn't want her to go out in public to be seen and commented upon so he locked her in a two room suite in the house when he wasn't there or when people visited. When friends would visit during her incarceration periods she was either on vacation or out shopping depending on the circumstances. She finally had enough and got a huge settlement to keep it quiet.

Probably Sheen. Ent has lots of lawyer friends, so it wouldn't suprise me if they spilled the beans to him about the confidential divorce papers. WOW. Poor Denise.

I first thought Sheen, but Ent mentions that it's hard to shock him and this one did, leading me to believe that it is someone unexpected. Anyone know of any celebrity divorce websites?

I don't think it's Sheen - lots of information in that divorce got spilled - prostitutes, teen porn, drugs, etc. Denise did not excactly suffer in silence at any point during the divorce, so I think it's is probably someone else.
I dont know why, but I thought of Gary Sinese right away... is he even divorced? Was he ever A-list?

she was married to someone who used hookers, teen porn and was a drug addict. she didn't keep quiet, took her kids and left.
therefore she is somehow too manipulative to be abused?
she is no angel: worked as a ST worker and used drugs early. i have worked with ST workers (in a drop in center) and she has all the hallmarks of a woman who was sexually abused as a child (see above).
and yet so much distaste and hate out there for her. don't get it,she isn't the only one to hook up with a friend's man.

Actually, I wasn't harshing on Denise - I am neutral on her. I just didn't think it was her because if she's bringing up all the other ugly stuff in the divorce, I thought she wouldn't hold it back if he was beating her.

Baldwin was divorced like 5 or 6 years ago. It only seems recent becuse they're always fighting in court about their daughter,.
Just to throw out a few more guesses: David Hasselhoff/Pamela Bach, and a total shocker would be Jennifer Esposito and Bradley Cooper.

though imdb doesn' t say it, james caan may actually be divorced now. his papers were filed in april 2005. they cited irreconcilable differences, of course. if the divorce was uncontested he would be VERY recently divorced. his ex, linda stokes, is not famous.

The earlier guesses seem good, but none seem to fit exactly. Let's do some research and make a list of the actors who used to be a-list but are not tv regulars and wouldn't be a big draw at the theaters anymore. ENT seems to be giving us a big hint on this one, but I can't quite grasp it...
This is definitely the photog peaking into the window BI. The BI said the woman was not in the business and that they had recently married (my guess is maybe Nov 06. There are two BI's on this one story -- let's find them and piece them together!
