Living Well with Diabetes, "Share Your Story" contest!

Prodigy®'s Living Well with Diabetes “Share Your Story” Contest is an opportunity for people ages 6-19 to share their story of how they are living well with diabetes and a chance to win cool prizes! Some of the prizes include a Nintendo Wii, an Apple I-Touch, and $500 Visa gift cards. Kids simply create a short video of themselves; upload it onto YouTube, then share the link with family, friends, and others with diabetes. The videos will be judged by creativity, originality, sincerity, and how many hits it receives on YouTube.

Prodigy® has partnered with Byram Healthcare to supply the free meters and t-shirts as well as to be able to provide you with a way to receive a continuous supply of test strips. Supplies are limited so sign up today!  The contest is only for ages 6-19! We will be contacting you to verify your address, authorize parental approval and supply your free meter and t-shirt. Please be sure to fill out the correct telephone and e-mail information! If we cannot verify your information, we will be unable to supply you with a free meter and t-shirt.
