Jan McLaughlin has been referred to in the Seattle Times as a "pioneer in the image industry" and "the most frequently-quoted image professional in the Northwest." She was a popular guest on television and radio and in constant demand as a speaker. Eventually, her clients asked her to expand her topic to include interpersonal skills. As a highly-rated trainer, Jan has toured the United States, Canada, Ireland and the United Kingdom conducting communication skills and design seminars. Jan served as President of NSA Northwest in 1992-93.
Bill Cooper has a long public service career with numerous and highly successful accomplishments. He specializes in leadership and organizational development, providing the knowledge, skills, and abilities to really win. He brings considerable experience and education along with a track record of developing hundreds of leaders and numerous organizations in both the public and private sectors. Bill is an inspirational and motivational speaker and instructor. Bill holds an MBA and a Masters Degree is Public Administration, as well as a Graduate Certificate in the Advanced Study of Management. Bill is also a Motorola-trained Six Sigma Black Belt.
